Aussie Biker Tours and Rental, commonly known as "Aussie Biker" was founded in March 1997.
The business started under the original name of Viking Motorcycle Tours and Hire. After 18 months of trading, it was decided that the trading name of Aussie Biker Tours and Rental better described the business purposes. In the year 1999, the business changed to a registered company.
The business continued to expand its market share for inbound fully independent motorcycle tourists to the point where the business quickly out grew its previous location. In January 2003 Aussie Biker relocated in to a modern, spacious facility in the holiday resort location of Noosa,
with showroom, offices and a fully equipped workshop in-house.
August 2007 - The motorcycle accessory retail shop known as the 'Aussie Biker Shop' opened. The Aussie Biker Shop is a fully stocked retail outlet selling a full range of motorcycle apparel and accessories.
October 2007 - The first fully guided MotoGP Tour was run to Phillip Island in 2007. This has now become a regular yearly fixture and follows some of the best motorcycling roads in Australia over six days to get to see the world's elite riders in action at Phillip Island, one of the world's best MotoGP venues.
May 2008 - The Aussie Biker Shop ventures into 'e-commerce' and becomes a fully integrated on-line store continuing to expand its range of products specialising in touring and dual-sport motorcycle products as well as becoming one of the largest stockists of Nolan helmets and GIVI motorcycle luggage systems.
August 2013 - To compliment the Aussie Biker Shop on-line store, Aussie Biker establishes an eBay storewith an ever increasing range of product listed.
April 2016 - Aussie Biker was purchased by the new owners - Tim & Cheryl Brunjes.
