      Returns
      If you are not entirely happy with a product you may return it to us for exchange, credit or a refund providing it is still in as new condition and the packaging is intact. All returns into stock will incur a 10% restocking charge and will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
      A copy of the purchase receipt must be provided. Items that not included in this offer include all motorcycle clothing including but not limited to helmets, jackets, pants, boots and gloves plus electrical items.

      Faulty/Damaged Goods
      If a product is faulty please let us know as soon as possible. We will exchange or refund your purchase price according to your wishes. In some circumstances (such as where the fault may not be obvious) it may be necessary for us to return a product to the manufacturer or distributor for assessment. A copy of your purchase receipt must be included with the returned product.

      Insurance for Loss or Damage in Transit
      Our service includes free insurance for damage or loss in transit. Please contact us immediately to report any damage & retain packaging in case this is required for an inspection.

      Overdue Orders
      Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post eParcel which is an automated registered post mail system. Most orders are filled on the same day or next day and we will let you know if there is going to be a delay for longer than this. With dispatched orders the most common reason for a delay is that a parcel has been carded to the nearest post office & the notification card has either been missed by the recipient or missed by the Australia Post parcels delivery contractor. Please contact us if your order has not arrived in a timely manner and we will then provide you with the tracking number.
