MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE OPTIONS
Option 1.
Full Motorcycle Insurance Cover
is included in the rental charges. The Full Insurance Cover covers the hirer for theft and damage to the motorcycle including third party property damage
over and above the amount of the insurance excess. This means that the hirer is liable for the full amount of the insurance excess where any combined damage or loss to the hired motorcycle and any third party property equals or exceeds the amount of the insurance excess, plus any motorcycle retrieval costs.
Option 2.
VIP Comprehensive Insurance Cover. This option includes the benefits of the Full Motorcycle Insurance Cover but allows the insurance excess to be reduced to the same amount as the security bond held, plus any motorcycle retrieval costs. This means that the hirers maximum combined liability (motorcycle + third party) is no greater than the security bond plus any motorcycle retrieval costs. The VIP Comprehensive option is available for $10 per day and provides peace of mind to help you enjoy your motorcycling adventure.
I have read and understood and agree to the terms of this document and further, in the case of Option 1,
I hereby agree to pay the balance of the insurance excess if the extent of damage to the vehicle
and/or any motorcycle retrieval exceeds the amount of security bond held.

Important Notes, please read:
This insurance cover (Option 1 and 2) is subject to the terms and conditions of the Motorcycle Rental Contract
some of which relate to speeding, drink driving, unauthorised use of vehicle, riding/driving on the wrong side of the road and similar matters. Any breach of the rental agreement will void the insurance and make the hirer liable for all damage to the motorcycle, theft of the motorcycle or third party property damage.
Where a motorcycle has been crashed and is not able to be ridden any further, Aussie Biker is under no obligation to replace or supply another motorcycle for the completion of the journey and no compensation
can be claimed by the hirer for the unused portion of the hire period. The hirer agrees to reimburse Aussie Biker for all motorcycle retrieval and salvage costs over and above the hirer's maximum damage liability.
In the case of an accident involving another vehicle, the hirer is required to pay the insurance excess regardless of who was responsible for the accident. We will reimburse the excess if and/or when we
make recovery from another party.
