Guys,
For your information - I have just completed an around Australia trip crossing both North/South and East/West coasts (16,000 klms in 20 days) and the AirHawk seat performed really well. I have completed a lot of long motorcycle rides over the years - this was the first trip where I have not had to stand up on the pegs to give my backside a break. I found that I could cover up to 1000 klms in a day and hop off feeling good and do it again the next day. The AirHawk is a great product - made my trip a very pleasant experience.

Hi Dave,
I bought an Airhawk seat from you about a month ago. I did a ride to see my family at Easter, and the seat was fantastic. The ride was 600kms each way and I was able to ride 3hrs without my bum screaming time out. It has made a huge difference to doing a days ride on my Honda Hornet 900.

The stock Suzuki DR650 seat seems OK for
the first couple of hundred k's but after 500 k's or
so its starts feeling pretty uncomfortable. I noticed
Steve Wood at Suspension Improvements (an AirHawk
reseller) had some AirHawk seats in stock. Steve, who
is a real straight shooter, raved how good these seats
were - so in a moment of weakness I lashed out the
cash and strapped my new AirHawk on. My daily ride
distance capability has now been greatly enhanced,
PLUS, normally carrying a pillion on the DR is
painful, but we fitted the air seat half on the seat
and half on the rear guard and my 15 year old son
reckoned it was great - and I had enough room not to
crush the family jewels! ...PLUS, if you are a
taller rider you will find the additional height will
further enhance your comfort, PLUS you can use it as a
pillow at night! Forget a sheepskin -
theAirHawkair seat is right up there with the best
accessories I have ever purchased. Highly recommended.

Dear David,
I recently purchased an AirHawk seat for
my Harley Davidson FLSTC after reading a
recommendation for them in the Australian Road Rider
magazine. I have just returned from a three day trip
around northern Victoria - the high country, and I
want to say that the AirHawk is the best thing I have
bought for myself since I started riding in 2004. I
wear Dragin Jeans when riding, but have always found
uncomfortable pain beginning where the Kevlar joins
are located, on the back of my thighs, after about 30
minutes in the saddle, especially in warm weather. The
recent 3 days I rode, were all over 30 degrees, and
not once, in over 1,200 km, did I feel any discomfort
at all.
This is a really great product, and you
can use my endorsement of it at any time.
Regards. Peter Hill.

Hi guys.
I would like to convey my thanks and
endorsement to you guys for the the AirHawk seat I
purchased off you for my Kawasaki GTR 1000.
I bought it specifically for a ride from
Jabiru (NT) to Tasmania. I knew it was going to be a
long fast trip and I needed to be as fit and
comfortable as possible to get there safely, and the
seat is worth its weight in diamonds. I left Jabiru at
9am and did 980kms the first day to Threeways before
dark. Next day ways a washout as I was in Alice by
10.30 but the road was flooded below Alice so a day
was lost there. The test was leaving Alice in daylight
and getting to Port Augusta before dark, 1250km.
Still no sore arse. I then rode to
Mildura and down to Bendigo the next day. All good. A
short run then into Melbourne, dodging dickhead
Victorian drivers, a then the ferry to Tassie. That's
four days and 4,283kms in the saddle in stinking hot,
and then windy rainy freezing cold weather, and
absolutely no complaints.
The service I received from your
business was prompt, polite and highly professional,
and I cannot thank you enough.
Murray Richardson, Jabiru, NT.

Many of you may have read of my recent
trip to Cape York with the BMW Safari, and my exploits
with the incredible HP2, surely no greater bike to
take to one of the legendary adventure rides in this
country. What you may not have heard was the
sniggering and laughs when I planned to ride from the
Sunshine Coast up to Cairns prior to the trip proper.
"Hope you've got a good chiropractor!", "Glad it's not
my butt!" - you get the picture. Hearing of my plans,
David Pearce from Aussie Biker was the man with the
plan. Enter the AirHawk seat. Now I'd seen these
fantastic seat cushions previously but had never used
one so now was the perfect opportunity to silence the
critics.
Over 2480km's in two and a half
days and not one ache pain or cramp, the seat stayed
in place, the air cells never lost any air and my
colleagues stopped asking about my comfort after the
first day. Superb! The thing I love is the same seat
can be used on my other dirt bikes and my wife's
Harley as well. Since there is no perfect seat on the
market, the AirHawk provides an effective solution
between the manufacturers design and the myriad of
shapes and sizes in riders.
The air damping on the HP2 took the big
hits at the Cape and the AirHawk made sitting down for
a rest a pleasure not a pain - Well done
AirHawk!

The AirHawk is great, I have done a few
1000k+ days on it so far and it's well worth the
money. I rode for 23hrs 10mins Cooroy to Ceduna then
6hrs sleep and onto the Border Run on the 4-5th August
on it also. 7400k all up over 12days and no sore
butt..... thanks.

Hi David, Just returned from Albany
which is about a 1000km round trip and my butt has
never felt better thanks to AirHawk. My AirHawk
attracted a lot of attention and you will definitely
be getting another order this week from Henk, one of
our members. Thanks for your prompt
attention to my order. Much Appreciated.

I might be biased but this testimonial
is a true story!
Early January 2006 I had to fly
down to Melbourne to collect a BMW R1200GS that had
finished up down there on a one-way rental. Normally I
truck the bikes home but since I have some sweet
little grand daughters living down that way, me
thinks, I'll drop in bearing presents and watch their
cute little eyes light up!!
That done, I set out for the 2000km ride
home to Noosa. Called into Bairnsdale to see a Rockett
III riding mate but he's in Perth seeing another mate
so ride on. Seat is nice and comfy with the AirHawk
but the BMW vibes a bit on a long ride so you tend to
stand up on the pegs coming into small towns for a bit
of a stretch. Since I choose not to tie the AirHawk
onto the seat, you've got to remember to bend the
knees in to hold it on if you stand on the pegs.
Anyway, the following day and down the road a bit
(around Nabiac NSW), the traffic slows up for some
roadworks so it's stand up time again. About a minute
later I glance down and to my horror see nuthin' but a
bare motherless seat, right were my comfy AirHawk
should be. DAMN!!!
While trying to avoid getting mowed down
by a long line of impatient drivers, I quickly pull
over and wait for a gap in the traffic to do a u-turn
and head back down the road. And then I spot it, about
a quarter mile away, like a black blob on the road
looking flatter and flatter as each oncoming vehicle
manages to run right over it. Again, I pull over and
wait at the side of the road to dart out and retrieve
my poor AirHawk feeling like the optimistic crow
wanting that squashed field mouse.
Man was I surprised to see that despite
a chunky 4WD footprint right across the cover, it had
suffered no apparent damage. I tossed it back on the
seat, dusted the tyre prints off and just carried on
using it! Still got it and it works just fine!
